A woman remains in critical condition Friday after she was shot in a northeast Anchorage home late Thursday night, according to Anchorage police.
In a release from the Anchorage Police Department, dispatch was contacted just before 11:00 p.m. Thursday about a shooting at a home on the 5600 block of Alora Loop.
Officers and medics responded and found a woman with a gunshot wound, APD stated. She was taken to a local hospital for medical care.
Police say they are continuing to investigate the shooting and no arrests or charges have been made.
