The Anchorage Police Department says it is actively looking for 26-year-old Jessie Surgers III, who is wanted on a felony fugitive from justice warrant.
In a Nixle alert, APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad said Surgers was classified as a violent offender in Tennessee, where another warrant has been issued for his arrest. She did not have information on his alleged crimes in Tennessee.
Oistad said in an email that police believe Surgers is in Anchorage.
He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs roughly 160 pounds.
