Troopers arrested a man Friday who’s accused of trying to hurt an unborn child back in March.
Alaska State Troopers say the incident happened on the evening of March 20 in Deering.
Their investigation found Thomas Barr had attacked a pregnant woman, injuring her and trying to hurt her unborn child. The unborn child did not sustain any injuries, according to authorities.
Officers arrested Barr Friday on charges of fourth-degree domestic assault and second-degree attempted assault of an unborn child.
Barr is held without bail.
