Both federal and local authorities are on the lookout for a female who robbed an Anchorage bank early Wednesday evening.
Just before 5 p.m., the FBI says a white female entered the Alaska USA Federal Credit Union in the 100 block of Dimond Boulevard and handed the bank teller a note, which authorities say implied she had a weapon.
The woman fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash in a red Ford F-150 extended cab with a side-step bed, in which police say she was a passenger.
The suspect is said to have a black tattoo behind her right ear, according to the FBI.
If you have any information on the woman’s identity or whereabouts, you’re asked to call the FBI at 276-4441 or Anchorage police at 786-8900.
