ANCHORAGE - Alaska State Troopers say three teens face a slew of criminal charges after an armed robbery at a Fairbanks gas station.
Troopers said they received word of the robbery at the Farmers Market Sourdough Gas Station shortly after 2 a.m. Monday, when an employee reported two men carrying semiautomatic pistols robbed the store at gunpoint.
According to trooper dispatch, both AST and Fairbanks police responded to the scene.
Brandon Roberts, 19; Marcus Howard, 18 and 18-year-old Matthew Houger were arrested in connection with the robbery, troopers said. All three were taken to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.
No details were immediately available on the specific charges against each teen, or the investigation leading to their arrest.
