A third man has been charged in connection with an early morning East Anchorage shooting that left one dead, police say.
Nathaniel Terrell, 35, has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree burglary in connection with the Aug. 23 shooting of 19-year-old Byzantium Hill at a home on Lane Street, according to a statement from Anchorage Police Department spokesperson Jennifer Castro.
Terrell’s initial bail was set at $500,000, cash only, plus a third-party custodian.
Christopher Jon Winters and Quinton Henderson, both 38, have already been charged. According to APD, residents of the Lane Street home owed a debt to Winters.
Anchorage police say the homicide investigation is ongoing and there could be more suspects and charges filed.
