They’re being held without bail.
Two victims called police at 3:26 a.m. Sunday to say had been held up by two men in masks in the parking lot of a Safeway store in east Fairbanks.
The men demanded money and fled in a sedan.
Police two minutes later spotted the car and intercepted it in downtown Fairbanks.
Officers found two handguns and two black masks inside.
