A 14-year-old has been taken into custody following the murder of a 41-year-old Willow woman, according to Alaska State Troopers.
Few details were immediately available, but in a dispatch troopers wrote that Elizabeth Foster was found dead in a home in the Caswell Lake Subdivision Sunday morning.
A teenage boy was taken into custody and remanded to the Division of Juvenile Justice.
