The Anchorage Police Department is investigating a Spenard-area shooting that left one person injured Tuesday night.
According to a release from police, a Spenard Brown Jug employee called 911 to report an adult man had walked into the store, with a gunshot wound to his chest. APD said they believe the shooting victim got into an altercation with at least one other man on Greenland Drive, west of Brown Jug. According to police, the shooter fired one shot.
The man who was shot is stable, but in critical condition. No arrests have been made.
