Commodore Drive fatal

A 32-year-old man will serve one year in prison for providing alcohol to minors, ultimately leading to a single-vehicle crash that killed one minor and left two injured.

Robert Green was 29-years-old when he provided three minors alcohol back in February 2014.

Anchorage Police responded to a car crash on O’Malley Road around 3:25 a.m. on February 20. The driver of the vehicle, 17-year-old Brandon Muller, was killed, while the two passengers were taken to the hospital, treated and later released.

Prosecutors said in court that Green provided all three minors with alcohol before the fatal crash.

Green was convicted back in November following a seven-day trial, and Friday, a Superior Court judge sentenced him to two years in prison with one year suspended and two years of felony probation.
