Anchorage police say “numerous rounds” were fired in an early morning shooting at a Holiday gas station on Mountain View Drive Monday.
One man received non-life-threatening injuries, according to a written release from the Anchorage Police Department. APD said officers responded to a report of a shooting around 3 a.m., and discovered it began after a sedan and SUV pulled up to the gas pumps. Multiple people got out began to argue, and police said shots were fired. While most of the people fled in the two vehicles, police said one man was left at the scene and later hospitalized with injuries sustained in the shooting.
No arrests have been made and the investigation continues, police said.
